    1. Introduction

    Welcome to CoClub.

    CoClub is a membership-based platform that allows users to book stays at participating coliving locations using a credit-based system. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

    If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

    2. Description of Service

    CoClub provides:

    • Access to a network of coliving spaces
    • A credit-based booking system
    • Tools to manage stays, memberships, and travel plans
    • Community and memory-sharing features

    CoClub acts as an intermediary platform and does not own or operate the coliving spaces listed.

    3. Membership Plans and Credits

    3.1 Membership Model

    CoClub operates on a subscription basis. Each plan includes a fixed number of monthly credits.

    Credits function as a universal booking currency within the platform.

    Instead of paying each coliving separately, users book stays using credits from their membership.

    3.2 Credit Usage

    • Credits are deducted when a booking is confirmed
    • Each coliving sets its own pricing in credits based on factors such as location, room type, season, and stay duration
    • Users must have sufficient credits available to confirm a booking

    3.3 Credit Balance

    A user's credit balance may include:

    • Monthly plan credits
    • Rollover credits
    • Purchased top-up credits

    Users can view their balance in their account dashboard.

    4. Credit Rollover Policy

    4.1 Rollover Rules

    Unused credits may roll over to the next billing cycle under the following conditions:

    • Rollover is limited to 100% of the user's monthly plan credits
    • Any credits exceeding this limit will expire
    • Rollover applies only while the subscription remains active

    4.2 Example

    If a user on a 490-credit plan has 290 unused credits:

    • 290 credits roll over
    • +490 new monthly credits
    • Total: 780 credits

    If the balance exceeds 490 rollover credits at the next cycle, excess credits expire.

    4.3 Credit Expiry

    • Credits expire 1 year after issuance

    The platform displays upcoming expirations to users.

    4.4 Credit Usage Priority

    Credits are used in the following order:

    • Credits expiring soon
    • Promo or bonus credits
    • Regular monthly credits

    4.5 Plan Changes

    • Upgrades apply immediately and grant additional credits
    • Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle
    • Rollover limits adjust based on the new plan

    4.6 Cancellation

    Cancellation:

    • Credits remain usable until the end of the billing cycle
    • Remaining credits expire after the billing period ends

    4.7 Bonus and Promo Credits

    Bonus or promotional credits:

    • May have separate expiration rules
    • May not be eligible for rollover

    Any specific conditions will be clearly stated when issued.

    5. Payments and Billing

    • Memberships are billed monthly via Stripe
    • Billing occurs on a recurring monthly cycle starting from the subscription date
    • Credits are added at the beginning of each billing cycle

    CoClub does not store payment card details.

    6. Bookings and Stays

    • Bookings are confirmed once sufficient credits are available and deducted
    • Each coliving partner is responsible for delivering the stay experience
    • Availability, house rules, and stay conditions are set by each coliving

    CoClub is not responsible for the operations of individual coliving spaces.

    7. Account Responsibilities

    Users agree to:

    • Provide accurate information
    • Maintain the security of their account
    • Use the platform in good faith

    Users are responsible for all activity under their account.

    8. Platform Usage

    You agree not to:

    • Misuse the credit system
    • Attempt to exploit pricing or booking logic
    • Use the platform for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes

    CoClub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of abuse.

    9. Data and Privacy

    Use of the platform is also governed by the CoClub Privacy Policy.

    CoClub collects only necessary data to operate the service and does not sell user data.

    10. Modifications

    CoClub may update:

    • Features
    • Pricing
    • Credit rules
    • These Terms of Service

    Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

    11. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate access if:

    • Terms are violated
    • Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected

    Users may stop using the service at any time by cancelling their subscription.

    12. Disclaimer

    CoClub provides access to third-party coliving services.

    We do not guarantee:

    • Availability of specific locations
    • Quality or consistency of third-party services
