Credit Packages & Wallet

Learn how CoClub credits work, how to buy them, and how to use them to book stays.

CoClub uses a prepaid credit wallet. You buy a credit package once, and spend those credits on stays across participating colivings — no monthly fees and no subscription.

Credits act as a universal booking currency inside the platform. Instead of paying each coliving separately, you book stays using credits from your wallet.

Credit Packages

Choose any package, whenever you need it. Packages range from 5 credits (€16) to 1,100 credits (€2,970). Larger packages offer a lower price per credit.

Every package includes:

Access to verified coliving locations
Flexible booking with credits
Ability to mix locations and stay lengths
Credits that never expire

Buy only what you need now and top up later — there is no plan to manage.

How Credits Work

Credits are used to book stays across coliving locations.

Each coliving sets its nightly price in credits. The number of credits required depends on factors such as:

location
room type
season
length of stay

When you confirm a booking, the required credits are deducted from your credit balance.

Credit Balance

Your credit balance includes:

credits you purchased
credits earned through community rewards
credits returned from eligible cancellations

You can view your balance and history in your Wallet.

Credits Never Expire

Like credits in a game, the credits you buy stay in your wallet until you spend them. There is no expiry date, no rollover limit and no monthly reset.

Promotional or bonus credits may have their own conditions. These are always shown when the credits are given.

Payments

Each credit package is a one-time payment, processed securely through Stripe.
There are no recurring charges or automatic renewals.
Credits are added to your wallet as soon as payment completes.
