Compare CoClub membership plans, understand how travel credits work, and learn how to manage your subscription, upgrades, and top-ups.
CoClub is a membership-based platform for coliving stays. Each membership includes a monthly allocation of credits that you can use to book rooms across participating colivings.
Credits act as a universal booking currency inside the platform. Instead of paying each coliving separately, you book stays using credits from your membership.
Different plans include different amounts of monthly credits, allowing you to choose the level of flexibility that fits your travel style.
Available Membership Plans
Each membership includes a set number of monthly credits.

How Credits Work
Credits are used to book stays across coliving locations.
Each coliving sets its nightly price in credits. The number of credits required depends on factors such as:
- location
- room type
- season
- length of stay

Credit Balance
Your credit balance includes:
- monthly plan credits
- unused rollover credits
- optional credit top-ups
You can view your balance from: Dashboard → Wallet
The credit bar shows:
- credits used
- credits remaining
- rollover credits
Upgrading Your Plan
You can upgrade your membership at any time.
When upgrading:
- the change applies immediately
- you receive the difference in credits between plans
Example: Explorer plan → Flexible plan
- Explorer credits: 310
- Flexible credits: 490
Additional credits granted: 490 − 310 = 180 credits
These credits are added instantly to your balance.
Downgrading Your Plan
Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Your current plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Example: Flexible → Explorer
The downgrade activates when the next billing period begins.
Credit Rollovers
Unused credits automatically roll over to the next billing cycle while your membership remains active.
However, rollover credits are capped.
Rollover cap = monthly credits of your active plan
Membership credits expire 1 year after they are issued. Top-up credits never expire.
Example
You downgrade to Explorer (310 credits).
If your balance at renewal is: 420 credits
After the rollover cap: 310 credits remain
This ensures credits remain aligned with your membership tier.
Credit Top-Ups
Credit top-ups allow you to purchase additional credits without changing your subscription plan.
Top-ups are useful if you:
- run out of credits mid-cycle
- want to extend a stay
- need more flexibility temporarily

Top-ups:
- are added instantly
- do not change your plan
- do not affect your billing cycle
- remain in your balance until used

Example: Flexible Plan
A member on the Flexible (490 credits) plan sees two options.
Upgrade plan:
- · Extended (615 credits)
- · Comfort (735 credits)
- · Premium (980 credits)
Top up credits:
- · +100 credits — €250
- · +250 credits — €625
- · +500 credits — €1,250
This keeps upgrades and temporary top-ups clearly separated.
Billing
- Membership plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
- Your billing cycle begins on the day you start your subscription.
At the beginning of each cycle:
- your monthly credits are added
- rollover credits are applied
- the rollover cap is enforced
Invoices are available from the billing section of your account.
